This darling box is a reminder of another era. It dates to the turn of the twentieth century, when women wore shirts with high collars and wore ties. The box is covered on the bottom with pansies and the top has a pastoral scene, embellished with scrolls and flowers. The inside is covered in a hot pink silk with a light green band to hold tie pins and pearls. The bottom is covered in a pebbled type paper.
Measurements are: 11 3/8" by 3 ¼" by 2 ¼".
