This calendar is an ode to the father, from the perspective of the 1916 poet. It is a collection of poems, written by famous poems in the manner of the more modern version, where every day you tear of a sheet and you get some wisdom. It is very charming and would make a lovely present for any father, grandfather or lover of poetry.
The calendar is tied at the top with a string and is held together by it. The back sheet has been repaired as it must have come loose. The poems are by Sir Walter Scott, Whittier, Alexander Pope and other famous, classic, poets. There are 8 days per page and a total of 48 pages. Condition, apart fro the repair on the back, is good. There is some mild curling at the corners.
It measures 11" long and is 6" wide.
