Here is an early straw stuffed crouching rabbit with short cream mohair coat, long stitched and turned under ears with pink centers, hump back and early shape. The rabbit has no tail and no signs that he ever had one. The rabbit is made with a single long seam from his neck under the chin, over his head , down his back and haunches. .There is an inset piece going from his chest, bottoms of feet and abdomen. The rabbit has rounded solid eyes which may be shoe buttons. The rabbit is 9" long, 6" tall and 4" wide. The rabbit has moth nips but retains most of his coat as shown. He has a lot of character and primitive appeal.
