Here is a scarcer Gebruder Heubach 18" impressed Santa with a Sun Burst mark bisque head doll made for Hamburger & Co. The doll has an alert mischievous face with rosy bisque, brown sleep eyes, painted lower lashes, original lid finish, brown brows painted with fine strokes and an shaded coral open mouth with inset teeth. The doll has fine bisque without rubs or hairlines. She is on a good quality jointed German body with intact hands and most of the original finish. There is finish wear to the ball joint on her left upper arm. She has her original cardboard pate, golden blond hair wig, antique dress and very nice black oil cloth shoes with decorative stitching and white pom poms on the toes. These dolls were made about 1912 and are hard to find character molds.
