Here is a larger 16" Heubach 7763 Coquette mold in original costume & shoes. She has a fully marked head with impressed Sun Burst//7763//Germany" This doll has very fine molding, painting and bisque. . She is on a fine quality fully jointed body with original finish, faint blush and finger detail. Her hands are intact with no chips or loss. Her arms are spring strung. Legs are nicely molded and still retain blush on the knees. The body is stamped Germany in black at the top of the back just below the impressed Germany on her neck. She wears a lawn dress with lace insertion around the skirt, down the bodice front and around the neck and arms. It is trimmed with ivory silk ribbon at the waist and sleeves. Underneath is a linen one piece camisole and pantaloon set and a slip with full skirt, They are trimmed in matching cotton . Her oil cloth shoes have the original toe pom poms and ties. She has ivory mesh socks. She is an impressive example of this mold.The Coquette models were made from 1912 and are usually found in smaller sizes.
