These antique French boots were removed from a very large French F.G. bebe who had worn them for 25 or so years and they were not discovered to be different sizes until recently. One is a size 11 and the other a size 12. I suppose during her lifetime she lost one of the originals and it was replaced with a slightly larger or smaller size. The Sz 11 has 8 grommets and the size 12 has only 6, otherwise they are identical except for size. The 12 measures 4 inches from heel to toe and the 11 measures 3-3/4 inches, so there is only 1/4 inch difference in the length. The 12 measures approximately 1-1/2 across the widest part of the toes and the 11 measures 1-3/8 across the widest part of the toes. My French F.G. did not mind having one shoe longer than the other and perhaps your bebe won't either. These boots normally sell for around $250-300 in this large size but my price is much lower.
