Fine antique 18th century Georgian mahogany stool or bench with splayed carved molded legs and covered with original lyre and vine needlepoint. Measures 18.5" tall; at the base 14 3/8" x 12 1/8" and at the top 14" x 12". Pleasing mellow patina and sharp carving. The needlepoint is worn though makes an attractive presentation.
