Antique late 19th century Barbotine earthenware pitcher with gros relief molded floral and fruit. The pitcher measures 9" tall X 9" wide and is marked on the bottom with the Faience Manufacturing Co. mark of "FMCo", which was used from 1880 - 1892, and the number "232". Weight is approximately 4 lbs. In exceptional Antique condition with only 4 or 5 small old chips to the leaves and flower, and a couple of tiny glaze chips on the grape clusters. I am going to say very, very light age expected wear. Most of the pieces that they made were vases or bowls and the pitchers are hard to find especially in this good of condition. ECON
