A very SCARCE art Glass lamp shade made by the Fostoria Specialty Glass Company. The Line was called "IRIS" Glass and appears to have been produced from 1910 - 1919. This shade is most unusual as the leaves use a dark Inky Blue instead of the usual green in conjunction with the gold. It is 4 7/8 inches in height and has two small fitter rim chips as shown in photos # 1 and #3; and a horizontal lower body scratch 1/4 of an inch in length. Although is has the above mentioned flaws, it still displays well in a cabinet or used on a fixture. It is a very SCARCE Shade.
