Gold Plated Pot Metal Brooch Pin c. 1915-1920
Floral brooch with Edwardian influence made of gold plated base metal with old style emerald green glass stones and clear accents (the extra sparkly clear stones are likely replacements). Fastens with old style safety clasp. Measures just over 3" wide. Very minimal wear to the gold-tone plating; overall it is is excellent for its age. This piece appears in “Warman’s Costume Jewelry” by Pamela Y. Wiggins (Krause, 2014) on p. 21.
