Presenting a wonderful tourist album of Paris from the Exposition of 1889. The book has hard, cloth-covered covers. Inside there are accordion folded pages featuring views of the landmarks of Paris, an overview, as well as the grounds of the Exposition and the Eiffel Tower. Some of the pages are bound into the cover, while most of them may be taken out of the book to unfold to their full length. Images are fine quality engravings, and the images are clearly identified. It would be a wonderful item to display with French dolls of the period.

The book measures 5 1/4 x 6 1/4" (13 x 16 cm). There is a crease on the front and back covers, but this does not affect the interior engravings. The images are in great shape, with the engravings printed in black with white highlights on tan backgrounds. A lovely ephemeral item.
