Alfred Mainzer Dressed Cat Postcard - Cleaning Day - image 1 of 3

This is another in the series of dressed cat postcards by Alfred Mainzer. It has scalloped edges. This one is referred to as "Cleaning Day." The mother cat is on the ladder trying to clean the windows. You can see that one of the young cats has spilled her bucket. Two other cats are causing some commotion too. On the wall, you can see a picture of a couple of cats. Always a lot of action in these postcards.

It was not mailed. Along the left side of the back is "Alfred Mainzer, Inc. 39-33. 29th Street, Long Island City 1, New York. At the lower left is the Mainzer logo, along with the number 4857. Along the middle is "Printed in Belgium."

Condition: No damage noted.
