This is a small vintage Orientalist print by the Italian artist Francesco Ballesio (1860-1923). It is not titled but shows an Arabian rug dealer showing his carpets to a dark haired woman. At the lower left is the artist's signature in the plate followed by Roma-Tivoli. At the lower right is "© A 272 Litho in USA." The publisher was in business in the 1920's in New York.
It is in a wood frame with a glossy finish. It has older glass, a cardboard backing, with a wire for hanging.
Size: The frame measures approximately 7 1/2" tall and 9 3/8" wide. The opening in the back measures approximately 6" by 8".
Condition: No damage noted on the print. The frame has some scratches and missing stain, but remains solid.
