Mother's Day Motto Print Dated 1926 by E.M. Brainerd - Green and Gold Frame
Just in time for Mother's Day. The colors are beautiful in this tribute to Mother motto print. It is signed by E.M. Brainerd with "© 1926 G.A. Co." A Gibson Product. The top portion shows a mother and her two children. The verse is below that, done in a foil like paper.
The verse states "Who greets the morning with a smile, who sings a song with every mile, and scatters sunshine all the while? Why Mother! Who has an understanding way, a sunny disposition gay, a faith that nothing can dismay? Why Mother! Loyal, helpful to the end, who is everybody's friend, the greatest gift that Heaven can send? Why Mother!"
It is in a green and gold wood frame. It has glass, a dust cover, with a wire for hanging.
Size: The frame measures approximately 10 7/8" tall and 6 7/8" wide.
Condition: I see no damage to the print. The dust cover is torn and the frame shows a couple of scratches.
A lovely gift for that special lady on Mother's Day, or any day of the year.
