Landseer Chromolithograph of King Charles Spaniels - 1 of 2
This is one of two similarly framed chromolithographs by the English artist Sir Edwin Landseer (1802-1873). This one shows two King Charles Spaniels. The artist was well known for his art work portraying animals, especially dogs, horses, and stags.
It is in a black and gold wood frame. It has glass, a cardboard backing, with a wire for hanging.
Size: The frame measures 7 3/4" tall and 9 3/4" wide. The opening in the back measures approximately 6 1/2" by 8 1/2".
Condition: A few paper dust specks under the glass, but no damage noted.
