One of those spectacular items that jumps out at you, a definite one of a kind. This is a reverse glass painted sign "Beer" found in a stumble bar in Kalamazoo MI. The sign is 53 1/2" long x 26" high including the frame. The glass portion is 5" smaller in each dimension.

Painted on the reverse side is a black background and the yellow lettering which shows hints of red, maybe a homemade color mix. The front shows traces of a gold outline around the letters. The frame is contemporary and very sturdy. The sign is backlighted with LED lights in the frame. It can be switched on and off with a remote control.

We think the sign was painted in the 20's or 30's. What a fabulous look!
