This is a wonderfully detailed cast aluminum column capital from a building in Worcester, MA. The capital is very sturdy and would make a wonderful coffee or side table base, just paint the inside if desired and add a glass top. It has torches, stars and a grape bunch in the pattern on all sides. The top and bottom are open. In as found color of white outside, unpainted inside.
This early 1900's capital is 25 1/4" from tip tip of extension, 18 3/4" across thinnest opening on the top and 13 1/8" across the opening on the bottom. The height is 21 1/4". Sturdy weight 60 lbs.
