For your consideration I offer this quite petite and graceful smoke bell with a hand applied thick dark cobalt blue ruffled rim. The bell itself is 3 1/8 inches to the deepest part of the ruffled edge; 4 inches to the top of the hanging hook. I suspect this bell may have been made for a cast iron hanging fixture as the original hanger is not a ring loop, but rather a heavy hook. The cap is the typical tin one. The bell is circa late 1880s-1890s and could be used on any type of Victorian hanging lamp you wish to use it on. There are no chips or cracks. It is in very good condition. It is hard to find this small size and one of only a couple of bells I have left. Check my shop for other items of interest.
