Here we have a vintage Effanbee Dy-Dee doll sleeper.

Sleeper is made from a nice soft printed flannel. It has the two buttons on front waist, and the drop seat in back for easy diaper changing. Back of sleeper fastens with two buttons with a third on the drop seat. All buttons original.

This particular Dy-Dee flannel print is seldom seen. It has red roses and blue circles over all.

No issues to mention, nice bright colors, no mends or tears, soft flannel, really a nice sleeper.

My 15" Dy-Dee doll is modeling in the last photo(she is not included) and you can see it fits a 15" Dy-Dee doll perfectly.
