Antique: Silver: Sterling: Alvin: Fork
I love the Orange Blossom pattern on this luncheon or salad fork. The pattern name is “Orange Blossom, O/D” and the manufacturer is Alvin. This particular pattern was first introduced in 1905. The stamps on the back of this fork are the “Alvin Trademark – Sterling”. There is an etched “1906”.
The fork is 6 ½” long and weighs 1 ¾ oz. There is a monogram on the flat section of the fork that reads: “Philadelphia”. The fork has been used, however it is in very good condition, circa 1906.
