The strawberry carnival glass bowl is handsome. I don’t think anything needs to be put in this bowl because it’s lovely the way it is. The bowl has a ruffled edge and is also scalloped. The color is amethyst with a purple iridescence. The bottom is marked with the Northwood “N” in a circle.
The diameter of the bowl across the top is 8” X 2 ¾” high, circa 1910 – 1920. The condition of the bowl is very good with a few manufacturer’s straw marks. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines.
