Nicely crafted horse profile by Bruce Fox. Very uncommon. Very good condition.
Bruce Fox, a trained commercial artist and sculptor, founded the Bruce Fox company in 1938 after learning about metalworking in Central America. Fox worked with the "most high-tech material" of the post-Depression era—aluminum—and began creating works of art, mainly for "general décor and use in the home," such as bookends. Since the 1960s the focus of Bruce Fox, Inc. has shifted towards designing and manufacturing custom award plaques and trophies for the corporate world.
