This beautiful chintz luncheon plate has a back stamp of Royal Winton, Grimwades, made in England, "Hazel." It is not a new reproduction. It measures 10" across with scalloped corners. The background is predominantly black with floral clusters in vivid color. This plate is in excellent condition, I don't think it was ever used. The gold trim on the plate edge shows no wear, and the plate surface is absolutely free of knife marks. No chips, cracks, hairlines or crazing. There are a couple of punt marks and tiny glaze pops on the back of the plate, but those would occur in the firing process.

All in all, this plate looks as good as the day it was made.
