This is a nice Victorian era pocket watch chain that measures 10 3/4" in length. It is gold filled but I don't think it saw a great deal of use because it is still shiny and clean. The construction of the chain is such that some of the links are bent out of shape. There are none that are broken or cracked so with a modicum of skill and a lot of patience, they can be carefully bent back into position.
The clasps at either end are in perfect working order. At 10 3/4" this watch chain could be worn as an ankle bracelet or with a few links removed could be worn as the base of a charm bracelet. The total weight of this chain is .40 ounces or 10 grams.
