This father dollhouse doll is from the 1930s or maybe even a bit earlier. He has a bisque shoulder head that is marked "70/1 - 7" as you can see in picture #8. He was made in Germany. He is wearing a black wool suit. His shirt is cotton and the collar is paper. They are glued to his body. He has light brown hair. His shoes and socks are painted onto his molded shoe feet. His arms and legs are bisque. He is jointed and will sit. Because his feet are so small, I could not get him to stand without leaning. He is 4-7/8" tall x 2-1/4" wide at his hands x 1" deep.
Dad has been used. He has a hole in his wool suit on his right upper chest that you can see in picture #9. This hole is not very noticeable - I pulled on the fabric a bit to photograph. There is a tear in his collar on the left side. There is also a spot on his lapel that can be seen in picture #2. My price has been adjusted for these issues.
