This postcard was sent to potential renters of "Manufacturing Quarters" at the "NW Corner of Clinton & Van Buren Streets" in Chicago. The back of this postcard is not divided. It has an Ulysses S. Grant? stamp that was printed on. It is addressed to "Diesel & Co. - 703 N. Halsted - City". It is hard to believe that items actually arrived when just marked "City". The postmark is "Chicago, Ill. 1898." This is a bit oversized. It measures 6-1/8" wide x 3-3/4" tall.
There are some scuffs and edge nicks. There is a crease at the upper right corner.
