This wonderful dish is the Minerva Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread pressed or pattern glass tray. It is clear glass. It is EAPG - Early American Pattern Glass. It shows Minerva in the center of the bread plate. This dish is 13" tall - the handles are at the top and the bottom of the tray x 9" wide x 1-3/8" tall. This bread tray is from the 1870s. It is well over 100 years old. This is a wonderful early piece that can still be used for serving bread at meals today.
With that in mind, this dish has been used. There are scratches on the center that can be seen a bit in picture #2. It has a large factory bubble that you can see in picture #4. Picture #5 shows a flat chip that has been filed - it is smooth. Picture #6 shows edge nicks that are along the top handle. It is rough - but these are not large chips.
