This side table is the "faux grained" style. The grain of the wood was printed on paper and attached to the wood. All four legs are turned and come down almost to a point. It is very dark brown and black with lighter browns. This table is 2-1/8" wide/deep x 2-1/4" wide deep x 2" tall. It is almost square. The chair has a dark stain. It does not have the faux grain. It does have an upholstered seat that is gold velvet. It has it's Dresden trim along the sides. It has longer turned legs that go almost down to a point. It has two ovals that were cut into the back. The top of the back is curved. This chair is 4-3/8" tall x 1-7/8" wide x 1-3/4" deep. These two pieces are in the 1" scale. I believe they are both German in origin.
The table top has a ripple. This looks like it happened at the factory. The paper on the top is worn. The chair has a split in the upholstery right at the front edge. The chair bottom is split. This looks like an old injury.
