Striking Monet necklace with alternating red and black plastic beads and additional groups of lacquered beads at intervals around the 20" necklace. This necklace most likely dates to the 50s, but it is just as timely today as then. There is a small tag at the clasp with the Monet name stamped on the metal. The necklace itself is 15" long and the plastic portion is 4.5" on each side of the 15" length. The plastic beads form diamond shapes as they stack together. This necklace is in excellent estate condition.
