Interesting and unusual edition of poems by A.E. Housman. The tooled leather cover into which the bound cloth poetry book has been encased, is as fascinating as the interior. The cover shows an imposing dragon situated in the center of an intricate geometric design. The leather is somewhat frayed on the back, as shown, but not objectionably so.
The book itself features a portrait of Housman from a drawing by Francis Todd circa 1926. The book is 74 pages, and is 6.5" wide by 8.75" long. Condition is fair. There are no tears or missing pages but there is some foxing on the inside front and back--as shown.
