Bold flexible link bracelets were a popular fashion accessory in the 1920s and 1930s reflecting the fashion industry's embrace of modernism and the machine age. During this era, women often wore several bracelets at a time to adorn their wrists or evening gloves.
This late Art Deco bracelet (circa 1930s) by the renowned U.S. jewelry manufacturing firm Krementz & Co. features bold 14k gold links accented by three carved moonstones. The face of the bracelet is a thin layer of 14k white gold, while the remainder of the bracelet is solid 14k yellow gold. The sheen of the white gold links pairs beautifully with the silvery blue moonstones.
Each ethereal moonstone is surrounded by twelve 1 point diamonds and two triangular cut synthetic sapphires. The total carat weight of the diamonds is approximately 36 points or .36 carats.
This bracelet is 7 inches long by 0.3 inches wide with a hidden box clasp. It is in fantastic condition.
