Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

I pride myself in making sure your item arrives to you safely. I do take great care in packaging and am generous with things like bubble wrap, tissue, etc to ensure the item is packaged well. However, I do recommend insurance for all items under $40 and I require insurance for items over $40. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible. Buyer pays for shipping, handling, and insurance. I generally charge a fixed rate for shipping and handling to facilitate postage calculations. I generally mail first class and Priority Mail. Smaller and lighter items are generally mailed first class and books are generally mailed at the media mail rate unless requested otherwise by the buyer. I do not frequently mail via Parcel Post unless the item is large and heavy to save the buyer on shipping costs. I accept checks, money orders, or Paypal. Personal checks are held 10 business days to clear. I generally ship weekly. Returned checks will be charged a $25 returned check fee.
