I like the colors on this plate. The ground goes from burnt orange to cream with black berries and lavender accents. The skill of the artist creates the illusion that the berries are laying atop the leaves...there are four layers of depth. It is a 9 inch plate with a gold outer side band. There is no blank interest; just a coup style round plate. The age of the plate is much older than what one might think as this plate blends most anywhere. The maker is Fraureuth, located in Saxony and the famous mark on the back in the one used for exported goods. It was used between 1910 and 1926. I cannot make out the artist signature - my best guest is L. Lynner. You are free to correct me on the signature.
I see no condition issue to report. This plates deserves to be displayed for all to enjoy.
