This cabinet plate is by Vernon' Reproductions of Doylestown, Penn. and depicts the Horsham Friends Meeting House as erected in 1803 in Horsham. It is from and original drawing by Betty L. E. Heiges. The plates is 10 inches in diameter, is bone in color as most American china is and is rimmed with a gold band. The structure itself is wonderful! I would love to have as my very own house!
It is lovely depiction of a historic structure from our early times and perfect for the colonial decor or a gift to one from this area of Pennsylvania. Great condition with no chips or cracks and no loss of gold on the rim!
Thank you for visiting Orphaned Treasures. We hope you have the time to tour the shop and enjoy our collection of plates and other collections of adoptable treasure.
