This is a super rare Rowntree's Cocoa tin sign put out by the St Thomas Metal Sign company in the 1930's. This is only the second time I have ever seen this sign and the first time my husband seen it, he bought it and listed it on Ruby Lane and it sold almost immediately and went all the way to Australia. I reached out to a sign seller guy in St Thomas Ontario where this sign originated and he estimates that even for a tin sign, to the right buyer, it's worth around $800 so my asking price is more than fair. As the pickers say, find another. The time to buy it is when you see it. It measures roughly 27 X 19 inches. For its age, it's still in really nice condition. A very rare and highly collectible sign.
