A Round Plaid Scottish inlaid mosaic stone Snuff Box with gilt metal fittings. The geometric top is inlaid with, Banded Agate and Chalcedony. The base is a solid piece of Green Agate. The inside of the top is lined with Green Agate which matches the base.

Measures approximately, 2“ x 2” x 5/8”. Pictured next to a quarter coin for scale. In very good condition, there is a surface crack on the outside of the base which does not go through to the other side. The box closes good and tight. Circa 1860.
