A Round Plaid Scottish inlaid mosaic stone Snuff Box with gilt metal fittings. The geometric top is inlaid with Agate, Bloodstone and Chalcedony. The top is lined with a light green white mottled agate. The base is a solid piece of Reddish Agate. The beautiful colors are difficult to capture with a camera.

Measures approximately, 2“ x 2” x 5/8”. Pictured next to a quarter coin for scale. In very good condition, just a slight line on the base which doesn’t go through. The box closes good and tight. Circa 1860.
