14K White Gold 2 Strand 7-mm Blue Akoya Pearl Princess Necklace With Diamond Clasp
This elegant princess length necklace features two strands of 7-mm, cultured Akoya pearls with striking silvery-blue color tones, strong and crisp reflections and lively orient colors, and a beautiful 14k white gold clasp dotted with forty, 1-mm natural diamonds in a showy display that can be worn in front as a diamond pendant if desired. The 104 pearls are well-matched for color and size and hand-knotted on white silk, and the 3/4 x 9/16-inch clasp/pendant has a lacy floral-and-foliate design reminiscent of Edwardian "Garland Era" jewelry. In excellent condition, the necklace is marked (14k 585) and tests positive for 14k gold with an unidentified maker's mark, measures 17-inches in wearable length and weighs 60.7 grams.
