Purple and green cloth covered album with brass ornaments featuring the Liberty Bell complete with the writing you would find on the original Liberty Bell and a beveled glass mirror. 3 bells adorn the left corner. The album measures 11" tall x 13" wide x 6" deep. Openings for photos" 32 measure 5 1/4" x 4" and 12 measure 3 1/2" x 2". Has a letter holder, pen holder and inkwell attached to the back.

Condition: The green parts of the cover were originally velvet, much of which is gone now and there is some wear to the corners. Wear to the finish of the metal adornments and some dark spots in the mirror. There may have been another set of bells in the upper right corner of the cover, but I can't tell for sure. 1/2 of the larger photo holders show wear. The rest appear to be in good condition. The pages of photo holders are connected, but have detached from the album. The clasp is there, but I can't get it to close. Please view all photos for a clearer picture of the album's condition. Still a very unusual Victorian photo album featuring the Liberty Bell and lap desk.
