FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL US! This is a fabulous 19th century chromolithograph titled L'Aurora. Original painting by Guido Reni (Italian). L'Aurora (The Aurora) is a large Baroque ceiling fresco painted in 1614 for the Casino, or garden house, adjacent to the Palazzo Pallavicini-Rospigliosi, in Rome. The work is considered Reni's fresco masterpiece. This particular lithograph is large, with rich colors and beautifully matted and displayed in a fine antique wood frame. What can be seen of the litho measures 12 1/4" x 29 1/4". The frame measures 23" x 40 1/2". The print is under glass. This is a stunning antique work of art.
Condition: There is a small abrasion to the left center of the print, right beside the mat.and a crease to the upper right corner of the litho. The frame is in overall very good condition with light wear to the edges. Just gorgeous.
