Attractive vase by Weller Pottery in the "Patricia" pattern. Color is a creamy light yellowish tan with brown speckles. The duck heads are light green. It measures approx. 4-1/4" high x 6" from duck head to duck head x 5-1/2". Lightly impressed on the bottom with "Weller". This piece was produced in the 1930s.

Kovels Price Guide online provided the following short description about Weller:

"Weller pottery was first made in 1872 in Fultonham, Ohio. The firm moved to Zanesville, Ohio, in 1882. Artwares were introduced in 1893. By 1915 Weller Pottery was the largest art pottery in the world. Hundreds of lines of pottery were produced, including Louwelsa, Eocean, Dickens Ware, and Sicardo, before the pottery closed in 1948."

The Patricia line had either duck, swan or pelican heads.

In very nice condition with no chips or cracks. I've washed it but the inside bottom appears darker which maybe the way it was produced. A fun piece to add to any Arts & Crafts, pottery or duck collection.
