This beautiful necklace is a real find, especially if you are a bride or a mother-of-the-bride and need a very special necklace. This is an incredible necklace, one you will love wearing as your "signature" piece, for everyday enjoyment or for your evenings out.
There is one old mine cut diamond which measures approximately 4.85mm and weighs approximately 43/100 of a carat. The diamond is of H/I in color & has SI clarity. There are 37 old mine cut diamonds which dangle above & below in the lavaliere setting, measuring from 1.7-2.3mm, & weigh approximately 1.70 carats. The mounting has been tested and is 14K yellow gold based, meaning it has 58.3% fineness of pure gold and is platinum topped (tested), meaning it has 950/1000ths of pure platinum. Circa 1950s-1960s, the pendant is bead and tube set with diamonds with mil grained trim through out. The 16 inch chain, which is included, is stamped PT 950, and the total piece weigh 8.3 grams. The pendant measures 1 7/16ths of an inch from top to bottom and 15/16ths of an inch from east to west, so it is a wonderful size. From the leaves above to the central diamond, to the flowers, leaves, and bow-like swoops of diamonds below, this pendant has a very special presence and look that will wow you and its admirers!
