Vintage 1920's steel micro beads purse. This a very rare antique bag with beautiful gold, champagne, silver and bronze steel micro beads in very good condition. The design, an Art Deco style of floral vines, is stunning. It opens with a hidden ball clip inside the purse by simply opening the bag using the filigree bars across the top. The top has an attached gold snake style chain handle which rises 5.25" above the body of the purse. The silk/satin lining is a light golden color. The inside bears two pockets on either side. We love the gold edge trim on the top edge of each pocket. The inside lining is intact with no holes or tears, it is clean with the exception of what we think are probably ink marks most being on the inside lower corners. The bag measures 7.25" across the top X 7.75" across the bottom X 6.25" T. and 1 1/25" across the bottom. The weight listed does not include the packing material.
