Sterling Silver Pierced Earrings Southwest Style Mexican
Unknown (Mexican silversmith)
Hand forged Sterling Silver earrings with hammer impressed Southwest Native American style motifs. Circa 1960s-70s, having, "MEXICO, 925" impressed on the back along with ("TT-117"), (I believe, a little unclear makers mark). The earrings are slightly domed and have lovely long shepherd hooks. From the top of the shepherds hook to the base of the earrings there is a two inch drop. The stylized crosses themselves measure 1 1/4" T. x 1 1/4" W., and have a total weight of 14.3 grams.
The earrings are in excellent vintage condition showing some light overall scratching commensurate with age. Please see photos for details.
This wonderful pair of Mexican sterling silver earrings in a southwest style motif.
They have a lovely patina and nice large form. They will certainly wear and show well.
We will send them to you in a gift box. Thank you for looking!
