The central stone is a round, old brilliant cut, prong set diamond of 0.25 carats. The central stone is VS2 in clarity and H-I color. There are an additional 8 diamonds in this piece totaling 0.22 carats for a total weight of 0.47 carats (prox). This piece is a size 5-1/4, can be easily re-sized and is in very good condition.
The gold content of this piece has been tested using standard accepted testing methods, such as acid testing. The diamonds were measured for size using a standard jeweler's caliper. The diamonds were tested using a standard jeweler's diamond tester. The stones were not removed from the piece to determine exact carat weight.
