The modern gilded fame has ribbing and two facia decorations. It is designed to hold the coin without damage. The piece is 1" round and drops 1-1/8". The bale is fixed and the piece can be used as a pendant, key ring or other attachment. The pendant weighs 14.7 grams.
The silver content of this piece has been tested using standard accepted testing methods, such as acid testing.
