This lovely piece is coming from the famous Ceramic Studios in Turn-Teplitz.
Turn-Teplitz is one of the oldest spas in Central Europe. In the early 1880s the region had seen the growth of companies whose various ceramic products exited the interest of traders and collectors worldwide. The products have received much attention at art exhibitions in the United States and Europe, like 1904 World Exhibition in Saint Louis or Paris.
The talents of artists and artisans working in the Kunst Keramik Werkstätten (Artistic Ceramic Studios) in Turn-Teplitz, northen Bohemia, have remained unsung until now.
