Vintage from the 1970s

For your consideration is this Vintage Cicada Cloisonne Enamel Trinket Box.

The natural cicada produces a very loud sound, but this one will be real quiet, I guarantee!

This has two parts that fit exactly together, the inside is a dark and rich cobalt blue enamel, while the outsides have colors of deep burgundy, purple, light red and barely a blush of the palest pinks and blues. I'm not positive, but I believe it's porcelain. It's a unique piece and surely a conversation starter.
