Here for your consideration is this World War 2 US Army Quartermaster Corps lapel pin depicting a golden eagle with wings spread perched on top of a blue wheel with gold stars surrounding gold spokes with a red center featuring a gold sword and key crossed diagonally hilt and bow up. The insignia is a small size measuring approximately ¼ inch by ½ inch, perfect size to fit your lapel. The simple pin-back functions properly and is in working order as designed. It is not signed and I do not know the maker. The condition is very nice never used condition it came from a uniform supply store located in San Diego, California. The store was a family business owned by Harry Wosk selling Mybel Quality Jewelry. The Army - Navy store closed in 1946, the store stock was stored until recent years Donna Wosk began to liquidate their father's old uniform supply store with a huge amount of old stock made available over the last few years. This brooch would make a wonderful addition to any jewelry collection or a nice gift for someone special.
