Rare and well crafted this sweetheart keepsake early 1900's British Edwardian Sterling locket brooch features lovely etched design on front with raised cast detailed portrait of two kings soldiers in contrasting vermeil sterling. The locket is worked into the sterling on the back and is oval shaped with a secure thumb press open to one side. Room for two oval shaped photos one around 3/4' L the other around 1 1/8'L. The open cut work top has the secure rolling c clasp pin close. It is marked Sterling inside the locket. There is some patina age wear inside the locket and some normal surface scratches on the outsides but it is in overall very good vintage condition and truly a outstanding collectors piece. Substantial silver weight approx. 10 grams.
